Beth Rider

For more than 30 years Beth Rider has helped hundreds of clients successfully achieve their real estate dreams and goals. She brings extensive knowledge of the market and region, impeccable professionalism, innovative selling tools, and above all, a commitment to her client’s success.

Originally from Wisconsin, Beth moved to Arizona to attend college and eventually broker multi-billion-dollar deals in a remarkable corporate career as a CFO in software development. She made a seamless transition to selling luxury Arizona real estate and joined forces with Steve Rider who was also making strides in the metro Phoenix market. Armed with a powerful work ethic, unrivaled negotiation skills and a passion for the Valley, Beth has always gone above and beyond other area professionals. Whether employing masterful design and staging or the use of innovative technology like drone photography, virtual staging, and immersive 3D, she gets listings noticed and she gets them sold.

Partnering with Keller Williams, Beth and The Rider Elite Team have been established as the pinnacle of the Metro Phoenix and Scottsdale real estate industry. She believes that with specialized marketing and by showcasing the surrounding neighborhood, buyers can visualize not just a house, but a lifestyle. “I love nothing more than helping a client purchase a home they truly love.”

This attitude and commitment has resulted in success and accolades around the Valley, including Town of Gilbert’s Top REALTOR 2016 BREA Award, ranked with Keller Williams as Number 1 team in the Southwest Region for 3 years and Top 10 in sales for the past 4 years, as well as nationally ranking Number 29 by Real Trends, in partnership with the Wall Street Journal, for 2017.

Beth calls North Scottsdale home where she enjoys running, hiking and spending quality time with her family.
